hard to let go...

last night we talked and texted each other..i just had to make it clear with him that I’m not mad with him and I still value our friendship..he said that yes we’re still friends and informed me of what’s going on with him the past few days, what he’s been doing as if nothing happened..i think it will be better this way..i’m concerned about the friendship also since that’s really what we are when we started..Nice to know that though I’m hurting, I still know that I have him..as a friend..and I can run to him whenever the need arises..I’m still looking ahead for better days..
