Beastly..Love is never ugly..

I'm writing this entry an hour after I watched the movie. The plot was simple..it's a modern day "Beauty and The Beast" story, wherein a heartless, self-centered, good looking guy (portrayed by Alex Pettyfer) was cursed by a modern day witch (portrayed by Mary-Kate Olsen) and turned him to an ugly beast. For the curse to be lifted, he must find true love in two years or else he will be a monster for the rest of his life. Vanessa Hudgens as Lindy on the other hand is this girl who had been interested for a while now with Kyle (Alex) and whose been loving him from a distance. Since Kyle had been cursed and his father had left him with the care of her nanny and blind tutor (portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris), he had been following Lindy and stalking her until one night he got into a fight with attackers of Lindy's dad to protect both. Lindy's father was threatened by one of the criminals that he'll get back with revenge through her daughter. Kyle offered to protect her by keeping her in her house. Just like the original fairy tale story, Lindy was resistant and didn't like the idea but she didn't have the choice. Kyle, whose now known as Hunter to Lindy, with the help of his nanny and tutor, slowly won the girl's approval and eventually became good friends. Just about Hunter was about to run out of time to get the curse lifted, Lindy needed to be with his father and so Hunter for the love of her, set her free but left her with a compilation of love letters he wrote to confess his love for the lass. In the end, they confessed their love for each other and the curse was lifter... Another Happily Ever After ending.

Yeah , the story was really predictable but what the hell? I still loved the movie. I also downloaded the movie's original soundtrack which includes the following tracks:
