no non sense when it comes to friendship

new discovery ko about friendship ( or dati pa pero now ko lang napagtanto) : Nag uusap kayo abt mga bagay na walang kwenta at sense the you realized about it na talagang wala siyang kwenta at sense pero tuloy pa rin kayo sa pag uusap [does this makes any sense to you at all?] ---kausap ko kasi ang galit sa nyipnyap na si peñaflorida eh, kaya bigla ko tol naisip hehe..

Farewell, Team Chocho...

TEAM BLADE
When I decided to resign from ACS 4 years ago, I said to myself that I would never find and meet people as great as my teammates from Team Blade. It was a hard decision to make because leaving that office meant leaving people who I've already considered as family and friends for a year and a half. It was really heartbreaking for me that time. But of course, I knew then, that even if I'm leaving those people will always be a part of who I am as a person.

TWC Wave 6 Class 17
Scared and excited at the same time , I entered 24/7 with high aspirations and hopes of meeting people just like my former team. I was ready to open myself to new friendships and good thing my TWC Wave 6 Class 17 were more than what I expected. A bunch of different personalities and attitudes but everyone had been so accommodating and approachable. Never was a day during training that we didn't laugh about the smallest but funniest things. It's always a mix of good and bad emotions everyday. It's fun to imagine and think about going back to those days we had during training. :)

TEAM CHOCHO
So after training our class had to be divided and distributed to different teams. Good thing I was able to join the team wherein I am would be with most of my wave mates. We were introduced to our new supervisor, Raul "Jojo" Apostol, Jr. . First impression..hmm.. well he was nice from the beginning, always smiling and very dedicated to the team.   It was a good though not a smooth start for starting up new friendships and teamwork is always hard at first.
Our team was know for different names. When we were with Cluster A, he wanted the team names be after Animals..so were known then as Team JOguar. We were also known as Team Toma-Tae at one point, toma..because most of our bonding moments were over bottles of beer or liquor and Tae (poop) coz we have a bunch of people who often experience the dreaded tummy ache on start of the shift thus a visit to the restroom is always "needed" :D

I spent couple of Christmas' and birthday celebrations with this team, 1 pansol outing and 2 dampa invasions. Never a day that there was no laughter, or we joked about even the smallest and senseless things. Though these times were the same times wherein the team suffered the biggest fights, the biggest challenges. But like any other families, wherein some members needed to leave, those remaining had to stay strong and keep on moving and tried to keep the rest of the family together with the help and dedication to us b our "DAD" , Jojo.
As months and years go by, we were joined by different people who stayed for short periods of time like that of Chris (LOL guy, he went on AWOL because it's hard for him to move on on his failed relationship..life span on our team : 4 days), Jay-Ar (Sickboy, who went on Sick LEave/LOA because of throat problems..kinain din ng sistema, ginamit lang ung MEDICARD :D ), Maricel (who went to work for a week then disappeared for some strange reason also, LOL), we also had another girl teammate who also went to work for just a week and did not return after falling from the stairs (daw) I cannot remember her name. We also had this guy from I don't know from which call center he is, whose so arrogant and we caught releasing a call, a time when our team leader was on leave. Everybody hates him so good thing he didn't return to work :D.
So yes, people had come and gone, but we're still together. From being a mediocre team to being one if not the best team on the floor. Everyone has the motivation to move forward and prove to everybody what we can do individually and as a team. Team members and even our team lead were given numerous recognitions and we're so proud of that as a team.

That's our TL's PMDS certificates..Galing!

So I guess this team has proven a lot to people on the program. And we're truly proud of it. But right now, the moment that any family wouldn't want to happen is about to happen. The upper management decided to break up the existing teams and put all top performing agents for CSAT on one team. Yes, the team had to be broken though some stays most had to go and be with other teams, under other team leaders... And I'm one of those who had to leave the team. Separation anxiety it is, for three years, I've grown to a person I am right now with the help of my brothers and sisters and our team leader of course. I've learned a lot from them and I know those learnings , I would be able to impart to my new team..so as the teams tag line "Spread the LOVE"... But leaving is never that easy as they say, I had to adjust again, develop new friendships, be under a new kind of leadership, with the latter being the hardest part. But the truth of the matter is change is permanent, it's inevitable and we all don't have a choice but to embrace it. Besides it's still one program, one production floor and the friendships we developed and the love we have for each other as a family that stays...that would never ever fade.

Team Chocho...we still and will always SPREAD THE LOVE. ♥

RD 04.24-25.2011

So yeah i'm just gonna blog about what happened to my restday. It's always nice having a weekend off..maybe it's because everyone is on vacation and resting also to the confines of their own household. So all my cousins are here though we we're not able to do our usual weekend nomo session, maybe because it's the first weekend without Grace for she already left for the States last Friday morning for work. She will be staying there for about four months so we will surely miss her.

Yeah so I was already off if work Saturday afternoon and spent that afternoon with tons of laughter and juicy "chikas" with my bebe din and my new friend Karen Regpala from the training group thru YM conference chat. It's nice that I'm starting to have other friends and kachika's outside my circle of friends in the office and I'm glad that these people are really fun people. Expanding my network as I may say :) and I'm happy about it..So after the long chikahan, I decided to call it a day and slept early and woke up late..I think that was about 10 hours of sleep. I love it!

The next day is Easter Sunday.I woke up late so I wasn't able to jog again. So that morning we had breakfast then watched "Salubong" in front of our house. After that I was almost convinced that I'll be facing DESSIE (that's my desktop computer's name :p) the whole day since I really don't have anything to do. But then I thought, okay! I'll just spend the day malling with Angelika.

So the usual, we went to SM North Edsa since there are more options there for food and arcade which is what we always do together when we're at the Mall. Had Lunch at Greenwich, then arcade at Quatum, then I left Angelika at King's Kingdom so I can stroll by myself. I'm one lazy mall gal so I just went to the Department store, bought a skirt (yes, a skirt) then waited till the one hour play at the daycare elapsed. Prior to this, I already informed my best friend Bryan  we're coming over for a visit since he haven't seen Angel for weeks now and he already misses the kid. After the one hour play and a short stroll around the mall, I bought two boxes of pizza and went over Nget's place with Angel.

So why do I like to hangout over at Bryan's place, not because it's the longest time that we can bond and talk, I super love his family. I love how the laughter of the Amistad brother's resonates on my ears while we're watching HIMYM but for this particular weekend, it's The Big Bang Theory. With them I feel relaxed and at home like I have 4 brothers. I don't mind joking around with them because they are such good sports.

If there's one thing that interests Bryan and I, it would be music. It amazes me how diverse is my best friend's music interest. From pop to rock to indie rock..and so on. So what do you expect with an Itunes playlist of 4000 songs right? For the past occasions I hanged out in his place , we've been trying to figure how he can share his music to my Itouch, we finally did it this weekend! Though it took us a while because we were so careful not to delete what's on his playlist or override what I already have. So I was able to grab about 400+ songs only because my 8gb Itouch couldn't handle the enormous number of songs he has. What sucks on this part is how embarrased I was with how unorganized my playlist compared to his. It's so organized! Arranged per album, per artist, genre and even with song lyrics and album covers. Before I didn't care, I just listen to my saved music, but after seeing his playlist, I couldn't help but be jealous and decide that I should fix my chaotic Itunes playlist!

And so yes for day 2 of my restday, I was able to do that..:) It's not as organized as Bryan's but it looks beter now, and I'm gonna continue fixing it up, as soon as I have time again..

PMS

So I'm writing this now lying on my back, using my ipod.. So tired and sleepy since I just got off from my shift.Last night was my first night at work after being on vacation after my operation. I felt so much pressure last night due to the fact that my team is not doing so well with our metrics, I have a lot of updates to catch up on with and I only have half a month to do good with my stats since I don't want to be taken out of the JEDI program. My body clock would again try to adjust with my crazy working hours and yesterday was also the first day of menstruation (yes of course I have to mention that because it's the title of this blog).

So as everybody knows it especially for girls, having our period makes us irritable, stubborn and highly emotional and moody. Last night I tried my very best to not allow PMS get into the way of my work and how I dealt with the people around me. I think the only recepient of my monthly dreaded period for February would be my bestfriend nget-nget. I'm soooo irritatwed with him right now. Stupid as I am, I' m kinda jealous with the attention that he's devoting to my bebes and less attention for me :( I know it's wrong and I know again that I'm going through a phase on this friendship that we have. I'm blogging this for I do 't want him to know nor my bebes because I know for a fact that it's wrong. Besides, it is I who wanted also for him to get close and befriend them.

I hope that this friendship will teach me to become more mature and understand things in a different perspective unlike before. I hope that I will have a better mindset over things like friendship and relationship and I may learn when to draw the lines when they're needed.

PMS - PromiseMySelf I'll be better this day moving forward
