TEAM CHOCHO So after training our class had to be divided and distributed to different teams. Good thing I was able to join the team wherein I am would be with most of my wave mates. We were introduced to our new supervisor, Raul "Jojo" Apostol, Jr. . First impression..hmm.. well he was nice from the beginning, always smiling and very dedicated to the team. It was a good though not a smooth start for starting up new friendships and teamwork is always hard at first. Our team was know for different names. When we were with Cluster A, he wanted the team names be after Animals..so were known then as Team JOguar. We were also known as Team Toma-Tae at one point, toma..because most of our bonding moments were over bottles of beer or liquor and Tae (poop) coz we have a bunch of people who often experience the dreaded tummy ache on start of the shift thus a visit to the restroom is always "needed" :D

I spent couple of Christmas' and birthday celebrations with this team, 1 pansol outing and 2 dampa invasions. Never a day that there was no laughter, or we joked about even the smallest and senseless things. Though these times were the same times wherein the team suffered the biggest fights, the biggest challenges. But like any other families, wherein some members needed to leave, those remaining had to stay strong and keep on moving and tried to keep the rest of the family together with the help and dedication to us b our "DAD" , Jojo. As months and years go by, we were joined by different people who stayed for short periods of time like that of Chris (LOL guy, he went on AWOL because it's hard for him to move on on his failed relationship..life span on our team : 4 days), Jay-Ar (Sickboy, who went on Sick LEave/LOA because of throat problems..kinain din ng sistema, ginamit lang ung MEDICARD :D ), Maricel (who went to work for a week then disappeared for some strange reason also, LOL), we also had another girl teammate who also went to work for just a week and did not return after falling from the stairs (daw) I cannot remember her name. We also had this guy from I don't know from which call center he is, whose so arrogant and we caught releasing a call, a time when our team leader was on leave. Everybody hates him so good thing he didn't return to work :D. So yes, people had come and gone, but we're still together. From being a mediocre team to being one if not the best team on the floor. Everyone has the motivation to move forward and prove to everybody what we can do individually and as a team. Team members and even our team lead were given numerous recognitions and we're so proud of that as a team.

That's our TL's PMDS certificates..Galing!
So I guess this team has proven a lot to people on the program. And we're truly proud of it. But right now, the moment that any family wouldn't want to happen is about to happen. The upper management decided to break up the existing teams and put all top performing agents for CSAT on one team. Yes, the team had to be broken though some stays most had to go and be with other teams, under other team leaders... And I'm one of those who had to leave the team. Separation anxiety it is, for three years, I've grown to a person I am right now with the help of my brothers and sisters and our team leader of course. I've learned a lot from them and I know those learnings , I would be able to impart to my new team..so as the teams tag line "Spread the LOVE"... But leaving is never that easy as they say, I had to adjust again, develop new friendships, be under a new kind of leadership, with the latter being the hardest part. But the truth of the matter is change is permanent, it's inevitable and we all don't have a choice but to embrace it. Besides it's still one program, one production floor and the friendships we developed and the love we have for each other as a family that stays...that would never ever fade.
Team Chocho...we still and will always SPREAD THE LOVE. ♥
